How do I order an item?

Once you find an item you would like to purchase, select from the available color and size options and click the “Add to Basket” button on the bottom right of the products page. You may also view cart by clicking on the “view cart” on the top right of the products page, once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking “update bag” after all quantity adjustments have been made. If you are ready to checkout click the “proceed to checkout” hyperlink located on cart page.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process or checkout as a guest.

Currency Switch?
The default currency is in rands. If you’re based in Nigeria kindly switch to the Naira currency for a successful order.

The Nigerian Collection Store?
This section of the website applies only for those based in Nigeria. The product differs and is only available for delivery in Nigeria.

Item Availability?

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will show “out of stock”. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.

Order processing times?

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  

Change order/Shipping address? 

We send out an order confirmation at the time of payment to confirm your order details.  Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you need to change your order or update your shipping address.  

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we currently offer shipping internationally.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your product and the link.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can send us an email to confirm if and when it may be restocked. 

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.

Damaged items?  

If you receive a damaged swimsuit, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and forward images of the damage. We are happy to provide a replacement for damaged items and shipping is on us.  If you contact us past 48 hours of delivery,  it is considered customer damage and we are unable to assist further. 

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange/refund underwear, swimwear or bodysuits. And we do not allow returns/exchanges on sale items!! If an item is defective, due to manufacture from our side, please email with details and your order number as your headline and we can arrange an exchange or a replacement. Defective items must be returned within 14 days from the date it was received. Please send items using the return address.
